Non-Disclosure Agreement 

By proceeding, you agree to the following terms:

1. Confidentiality
   You agree not to share, reproduce, or distribute any part of the materials, business models, strategies, or client insights provided through DOGuidance without prior written permission.

2. Non-Circumvention
   You agree not to use any DOGuidance business contacts, methods, or materials to create a competing offer, product, or service—directly or indirectly—for yourself or on behalf of others.

3. Non-Competition
   You agree not to replicate, adapt, or commercially exploit any part of DOGuidance’s proprietary methodology, branding, programs, or tools for a similar audience for a period of 5 years.

4. Ownership
   All materials shared with you remain the intellectual property of DOGuidance. Receiving access does not transfer ownership or licensing rights.

5. Breach & Remedies
   Any unauthorized use or disclosure may result in legal action, including compensation for losses, legal costs, and removal of access.

6. Agreement Duration
   This agreement remains valid for 5 years from the date of acceptance.
